Protein profiling & proteomics
Proteomics approaches enable the detection, identification, quantification, and characterization of proteins, peptides, and post-translational protein modifications (PTMs) such as phosphorylation, providing information about protein expression and functional states. In proteogenomics, proteomics data are combined with genomics and/or transcriptomics information, to improve our understanding of overall cellular functions.
What do we offer?
Our proteomic data analysis workflow uses mass-spectrometry data in order to identify and quantify peptides and proteins. Our pipelines can analyse peptides and their post-translational modifications as well as full proteomes. Integration of transcriptomic and proteomic data highlights the correlation of specific proteins and transcripts. Using proteogenomics analysis (integration of genomic and transcriptomic data) we can build custom protein databases.
On top of this, we design and implement web-based reporting interfaces for easy and interactive exploration of the proteomic dataset and differential expression of -pathway analysis by the client.
