Single-cell sequencing
Single-cell technologies allow the study of biological systems at an unprecedented resolution. With single-cell technology, you are able to determine the genome, transcriptome, epigenome, proteome, etc. of each individual cell. The resulting data is extremely rich in information. However, this complexity also comes with many computational and analytical challenges. Data analysis requires adequate computational resources, a strong biological background and a solid understanding of the appropriate biostatistical techniques.
