BioLizard is pleased to announce that effective July 1, André van de Sande will hand over his responsibilities as Chair of the Board to Caroline Vanovermeire. Over the past months, André has been supporting Caroline to ensure a smooth transition into her new role. With her extensive background and experience, we are confident that Caroline is exceptionally well-equipped to support BioLizard’s continued growth and development.
We extend our sincere gratitude to André for his contributions over the past four years. He has played an important role in shaping our strategy and business plan, helping to position BioLizard for future success.

Although stepping down as Chair, André will remain available to BioLizard as an external advisor.
